What a week! I watch the news and see what’s happening all over the country, I’d see those of us in Oregon got off easy. But it’s never easy when our total way of living shifts when we aren’t prepared. I am grateful it was not worse for us and I’m happy to be back to semi-normal. I hope all of you are doing well. Now tell us …
 And bring your friends~
This is the home of a collection of fabulous recipes! A collaboration of ideas ~ And we want yours!
It’s What’s for Dinner!
So come on in and party with us!
Share as many as four of YOUR OWN RECIPES you haven’t shared in the last month!
Remember, be sure there is an edible recipe in your post. Please DO NOT link to Etsy or other sales sites. DO NOT link posts that simply mention food.Â
Please stop by and visit our featured bloggers. Show us your favorite by visiting their site – and next week might be you! It doesn’t have to be just for dinner.Â
Side Note: In order to be featured we must be able to copy your pictures to the post. We were unable to feature a couple of great recipes – Darn!!
Due to lack of power I used the little bit of charge in my old laptop with my mobile hot spot and got last week’s party out just a day late. But I had no power for features!! So, Here are the top four posts from week before last…
And the top four of this last week. Thank you everyone for participating even when life is crazy!!
We’ve got beautiful Mexican Meatballs from Homemade on a Weeknight.
Mardi Gras snuck by in the snow!! But we can do a later version with this beautiful King Cake from Cindy’s Online Recipe Box.
These look really yummy! Bread Crumb Muffins from Scratch Made Food!
Making crab cakes soon? The Short Order cook shared a list of What to Serve with Crab Cakes!
So are you ready to get cookin’ now?
Then grab a button if you were featured and share it on your post!

And finally, it’s your turn to make us hungry! You can share up to FIVE recipes – but please remember, this is a food party only!! And be sure to link to the website that has the recipe – no ETSY or Pintrest pages please.
If you shared a post in the last 30 days, please share something different!Â
Repeat posts will be deleted.
And thanks in advance!Â
We want people coming back every week. If our recipes are the same ones every week, people will stop coming by
Thank you for playing along!
Also, you can put our button for your side bar!

Note: By linking up you are giving the Lazy Gastronome permission to use your posts as future features on the blog. And thank you!
Please be sure to be adding a link to your post, not to your main blog page! We want to see your fabulous recipes! Let’s build an amazing collection of RECIPES!
And now it’s time to start the recipe party! Spread the word.
And don’t forget to visit your favorites (a visit gives ’em a vote)! Those will be next weeks features!

Glad it’s starting to get warmer! Hope you are staying toasty!
I am sitting in front of a fire while the rain and wind rages outside the window. Life is good! Thanks for joining the party!
I am glad to hear you are doing well. I have been worried! As far as the images. I have had that happen also. After my graphic designer daughter-in-law was experiencing problems at work on people images she told me the problem is with sharing images from your phone. they now come over as HTML text files by default. supposedly there is a button to change it to jpg but I haven’t looked for it yet. She said it appears on the screen though. Good Luck letting folks know! LOL. Even my son sent her a bunch of photos she had to convert. But she could with her advanced programs.
This is what I featured the week of 2-13 to 2-15-2021. On Tuesday was White Bean Chicken Chili. Wednesday was Loaded Baked Potato Soup. Friday was Black Bean Soup. Enjoy!
Thanks Marilyn. It’s been a wild winter for sure!! Thanks for sharing all your goodies every week. I love to see what you’re up to.
Sorry that y’all have had trouble with electricity and storms. Thankfully, it never got to us – just rain and cooler temps. No power loses, just tons of water with no where to go. I knew something had to be up when you missed the party! Just glad you are doing ok.
take care,
Melissa | Little Frugal Homestead
PS – thanks for featuring my Super Homemade Onion Dip! I appreciate it!
Thanks Melissa. I look at Texas and we made out pretty good here. I’m grateful our situation was minor. Thanks for sharing that dip!! It looks perfect! My husband loves onion dip.
Thank you for featuring my King Cake! I’m “back to normal” now in Dallas Texas ~ we have power and water! Had to have burst water pipes & water heater in attic replaced, and now need the ceiling in the garage repaired, but it could have been worse, so we were very lucky! ** Thanks for starting out the week with this great Linky Party!
Oh Cindy!! The worst I had was no power or internet for four days. I count my blessings! I hope you and your family are doing better – and nothing more drops your way. Thanks for sharing the King Cake – really yummy looking!
Thanks so much for the feature for my Brisket Soup, I really appreciate it! I really understand about posting in between power blackouts, my goodness it has been wild. Really appreciate you getting your post out and hosting the party for all of us!
Miz Helen
Thanks Helen. It was crazy. We were without power for four full days – my friend on the other side of town just got hers back, after nine days. How are you faring down there in Texas?? It looks really bad. Thanks for sharing your recipes every week. The brisket soup looks and sounds incredible!
Thanks for featuring my Sticky Rice Rolls! They’re such an easy and portable meal. Thanks for hosting us. :) I brought by some Nutty Asian Chicken Strips. Hope you enjoy!
They were quite a hit!! Quite a few people clicked on them – Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for hosting and featuring my Penne Pizza. I pray your life would back to normal without any problem …
Thanks for sharing!! I love pasta and I love pizza – how perfect to have them together!!

Helen, thanks so much for hosting! So happy things are returning to normal where you are. We have family in the outlaying Portland area, so we always keep a close eye on that part of the country. Take care, and thanks for featuring my Bread Crumb Muffins!
Thanks Melynda. It’s settling down. Now we do clean up. I understand some folks are still without power. We went four days but my friend on the other side of town went nine. It’s been crazy. Thanks for sharing the muffins. They look and sound fantastic.
Glad things are settling now for you!
Thanks Alexandra – Hope you had a great week. Thanks for joining our party!
I’m looking forward to diving into the inspiring links from this party. Thank you for hosting another great party. This week I brought Stuffed Marsala Chicken, Take Out style Beef & Bean Enchiladas and Pimiento Cheese Spread.
I agree Tamy – pin pin pin!! Like your enchiladas!! MMMMMM – Thanks for joining our party every week. I appreciate it.
