How is your week? Things are starting to settle into a routine around here. Still working on my yard, exploring hundreds of plant options, and learning about some new foods! Have you tried anything new lately?? It would be so great to have some new ideas to try – then you’ll know …
This is the home of a collection of fabulous recipes! A collaboration of ideas ~ And we want yours!
It’s What’s for Dinner!
So come on in and party with us!
Share as many as four of YOUR OWN RECIPES you haven’t shared in the last month!
Remember, be sure there is an edible recipe in your post. Please DO NOT link to Etsy or other sales sites. DO NOT link posts that simply mention food.Â
Please stop by and visit our featured bloggers. Show us your favorite by visiting their site – and next week might be you! It doesn’t have to be just for dinner.Â
Side Note: In order to be featured we must be able to copy your pictures to the post. We were unable to feature a couple of great recipes – Darn!!
I love the recipes that get shared here. A BIG shout out and thank you to those blogs that share your goodness every week! And welcome to all the new cooks sharing their treats. Spread the word – lets make this the biggest, bestest place to find something new to cook!
To get you started, here are the top four visited posts from last week. In no particular order…
We used to camp down in Baja with our kids. Every morning they would walk to the churro stand and get themselves a big bag of the Mexican delight. If you don’t know what a churro is, it’s essentially a long, skinny donut slathered with cinnamon and sugar. Although typically fried, My Little Slice of Mexico shared this fantastic post Churros (Unfried). Give them a try!
My daughter loved raisin bread. She had to have it every day with breakfast – and for lunch as a PB&J. I wish I would have had this from Treat & Trick back then – How to Make Raisin Bread.
Do you love pancakes but have to stay away from gluten? No worries!! Ever Ready has provided us with the recipe for Blueberry Almond Flour Gluten-Free Pancakes. (I love the flavor of almond flour – it’s naturally sweet.)
Who doesn’t love pizza? I think these are supposed to be appetizers, but my husband said he’d eat enough for a meal. Bite-Sized Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza Puffs – pop one in your mouth! Add a veggie tray and you have a complete meal!! Thanks to the Kitchen is my Playground for this tasty treat!
So are you ready to get cookin’ now?
Then grab a button if you were featured and share it on your post!

And finally, it’s your turn to make us hungry! You can share up to FIVE recipes – but please remember, this is a food party only!! And be sure to link to the website that has the recipe – no ETSY or Pintrest pages please.
If you shared a post in the last 30 days, please share something different!Â
Repeat posts will be deleted.
And thanks in advance!Â
We want people coming back every week. If our recipes are the same ones every week, people will stop coming by
Thank you for playing along!
Also, you can put our button for your side bar!

Note: By linking up you are giving the Lazy Gastronome permission to use your posts as future features on the blog. And thank you!
Please be sure to be adding a link to your post, not to your main blog page! We want to see your fabulous recipes! Let’s build an amazing collection of RECIPES!
And now it’s time to start the recipe party! Spread the word.
And don’t forget to visit your favorites (a visit gives ’em a vote)! Those will be next weeks features!

What an honor to have Ever Ready be a featured blogger on What’s For Dinner. I so appreciate the shout out and hope readers will try Blueberry Almond Flour Pancakes. They were so good. Thank you and have a good week of cooking.
There were quite a few hits – and I can see why. They look awesome. Thanks for sharing – have a great week.
Helen, my linked recipe is tailor-made for lazy gastronomes! You’ll see what I mean! Thank you for hosting. Happy January!
Thanks for sharing your amazing dishes!!
Hi, Helen; thank you so much for hosting another great party, and especially for including my Unfried Churros amongst your features! This week I am sharing a recipe for vegetarian tortilla soup; the traditional Mexican recipe includes the herb epazote, which I have grown in my backyard for several years now. I hope you continue to enjoy your garden planning, and have an awesome week!
Thanks for sharing them!! I love the waffle idea (and it seems others did too!). Have a wonderful week.
I’m waiting for warmer days so I can do more gardening as well! Thanks for hosting again. :) I brought by some Hoisin BBQ Sauce. Hope you enjoy!
I’ve still got some invasive plants to remove and two ponds to repair before I can start actually planting – but we’re getting there – and my brain is overflowing with plans and ideas!! And now I’m off to check out your BBQ sauce!! Thanks for sharing.
We wanted to try a “new” recipe this coming week. I used to make stuffed shells or manicotti all the time but realized it had to have been over 17 years since I last made them as my boys have no idea what they are. But I could not find the manicotti or jumbo shells anywhere in our grocery store or even online on Amazon!
I found some on Amazon but they are pretty spendy. Whole foods has some that are whole grain.
