Holy Moly – Thanksgiving is THIS week? With the pandemic raging all across the world, many people are spending the holiday very low key and very small. We will be having it just the two us (watch tomorrow for a Thanksgiving for Two post). It’s going to be a strange holiday season this year. But in keeping with the theme – I am very Thankful that my family has managed to stay relatively healthy through all of this. I am thankful that we embrace each other and care enough to sacrifice one day to keep each other safe. And, until then, do you know…
This is the home of a collection of fabulous recipes! A collaboration of ideas ~ And we want yours!
It’s What’s for Dinner!
So come on in and party with us!
Share as many as four of YOUR OWN RECIPES you haven’t shared in the last month!
Remember, be sure there is an edible recipe in your post. Please DO NOT link to Etsy or other sales sites. DO NOT link posts that simply mention food.Â
Please stop by and visit our featured bloggers. Show us your favorite by visiting their site – and next week might be you! It doesn’t have to be just for dinner.Â
Side Note: In order to be featured we must be able to copy your pictures to the post. We were unable to feature a couple of great recipes – Darn!!
We had a great party last week – a lot of fabulous recipes. If you didn’t get over to check it out, come on now! What a great collection. Sadly we can’t feature them all, so here are the top most visited posts to get you started.
Dragonfly Treasure shared this delicious Quick and Easy Barbecue Sauce (BBQ Rabbit Sandwiches). Once you’ve use homemade sauce, you’ll never go back to bottled.
I love candy apples, but I don’t like trying to bite into them. There’s just something about that sweet fruit combined with the spicy cinnamon candy that satisfies my sweet tooth. Here’s an easy and delicious version from A Day of Small Things – Spiced Apple Rings!
I love tamales, but I’ve never seen one like this! My Slice of Mexico shared these beautiful Layered Bean Tamales – A Traditional End of Harvest Feast. I’m all in!!
This one brought back memories of home. My mom used mayo on chicken too! Here is a recipe you’ll use again and again from Keto Millenial – Mayo Parmesan Chicken Keto & Low Carb Recipe Only 3-Ingredients!
So are you ready to get cookin’ now?
Then grab a button if you were featured and share it on your post!

And finally, it’s your turn to make us hungry! You can share up to FIVE recipes – but please remember, this is a food party only!! And be sure to link to the website that has the recipe – no ETSY or Pintrest pages please.
If you shared a post in the last 30 days, please share something different!Â
Repeat posts will be deleted.
And thanks in advance!Â
We want people coming back every week. If our recipes are the same ones every week, people will stop coming by
Thank you for playing along!
Also, you can put our button for your side bar!

Note: By linking up you are giving the Lazy Gastronome permission to use your posts as future features on the blog. And thank you!
Please be sure to be adding a link to your post, not to your main blog page! We want to see your fabulous recipes! Let’s build an amazing collection of RECIPES!
And now it’s time to start the recipe party! Spread the word.
And don’t forget to visit your favorites and give ’em a vote! Those will be next weeks features!
Don’t forget, we’ve got the answer to what’s for dinner!

Hi, Helen! We are going back to more strict restrictions in my area in Southern Ontario due to COVID19; I am not sure if we will even be able to visit my in-laws for Christmas, but at this point we all have to see the bigger picture and respect restrictions to protect our communities and the vulnerable. Thank you so much for hosting another great party, and especially for featuring my Layered Bean Tamales; this week I am sharing Colima Style Sopitos. Have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving!
Same here in the Upper Willamette Valley of Oregon. It’s just my husband and I today for Thanksgiving and Christmas is still up in the air – But next year!! IT’s going to be a party all year!!
