Spring has finally sprung!! The trees are budding, the tulips are blooming and my vegetable garden is ready to harden off the seedlings! I can’t wait to spend more time outside in my yard. And the best part is, this means fresh and delicious produce is right around the corner!

There are a lot of chores to get done outside and I’m trying to do super simple recipes to I can stay outdoors longer. What are you working on and what’s for dinner at your house?

Thank you for hosting, Helen! I love hearing about your garden. I have started flowers from seed this year but no luck with herbs so will have to get some plants from the nursery in May. Since it is brunch season, I shared my Gluten Free Banana Date Muffins and Hash Brown Muffin Cups. Have a wonderful week!
