It’s looking like Winter is over. I’m getting Spring fever – and I’m starting to plan my summer garden. We’re going to put in some raised beds and plant some veggies and herbs. I love cooking with fresh ingredients and you can’t get any fresher than picked in your own backyard.

And, even though I’m planning for Spring, it’s still a day I need to figure out…
