Eight years ago today we had our very first What’s for Dinner party. It started out very small – just five posts (and three were mine!).
And now it’s grown to over 45 bloggers each week! Thank you everyone for being a part of all this!
So – to celebrate this birthday, were adding an extra party this week! A celebratory What’s for Dinner!

What a great collection of celebration recipes! I’m going to dig right in and make the Chicken Pasta Salad with Strawberries. That’s a combination I’ve not seen before.
