Sautéed Green Beans with Lemon & Capers

A super easy, super fast way to prepare fresh green beans.

Ingredients
  • 3-4 cups fresh green beans
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
  • 3 Tablespoons Capers
  • lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
  1. Heat a heavy skillet of medium heat. Add the olive oil and let it get hot.

  2. When the pan is hot, lay the beans in, add some fresh cracked pepper, and gently sauté them until they turn bright green!

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook it all together for just a short minutes. Be careful not to overcook the beans. They should be warm and somewhat soft, but still crisp when you chew it.

  4. Serve them hot with some lemon slices to garnish. And that's it!
