totally plant based and unprocessed, this cheese is delicious on anything you use cheddar cheese sauce on!
Add 1/2 the cashew milk and all the other ingredients into a blender. Process on high until it's a well blended mash.
You can take it out now and use it as a cheese spread, or add the remaining milk to create a sauce.
Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
NOTE: This is best heated slowly on the stove, not microwaved.
What do you use it on? Loaded baked potato, Sandwiches, Roasted or steamed vegetables - Or simply replace regular cheddar sauce or spread with this cashew version.
