A super easy casserole you can make any night of the week - and everyone will love.
Preheat the oven to 300° -
Start by fixing up the chili. Open a couple cans of your favorite and put it in a casserole dish. I like to add some extra chili powder and a little cumin. Maybe a little bit of lemon pepper.
Next, cut the dogs up into bite sized pieces and stir them in. Cover the top with the cheese.
Place the biscuits evenly over the top.
Bake for about 45 minutes. The biscuits should be browned and done on the bottom.
Serve it up with a little more cheese, some chopped onion - maybe a jalapeño or two - Whatever you like on your cheese dog!
