Super easy and totally delicious. You can even make this on a weeknight!
Mix the spices together to blend. Set aside.
Cook the pasta and add just a little olive oil to keep it from sticking together. Mix well. I used linguini, but fettuccini or spaghetti works great too.
Heat a heavy skillet, then add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
Add the shrimp and gently sauté. When it just starts to turn pink, add the spices and stir.
Cook gently to bloom the spices, then add the tomatoes.
Simmer lightly, until the tomatoes are hot and the shrimp is done (be careful not to over-cook). Usually about 5 minutes. Add some fresh basil and stir.
Top the pasta with the sauce and enjoy! It's that simple!
