A simple side dish packed with flavor.
Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. When you drain it, make sure you save some for the sauce!
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet. Add the garlic and cook on medium until the garlic begins to brown lightly. Add the herbs and stir. Simmer just a couple minutes longer.
Add the butter and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the butter starts to brown a little.
Turn off the heat and stir in 2 Tablespoons of pasta water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
