A summer take on the classic, but you don't need to use the oven!
Mix all together – marinade over night
Grill until cooked through
Mix all the ingredients except the chicken in a zip lock bag. Squeeze to mix all the ingredients.
Cut the chicken into pieces and place in the bag. Squeeze out all the air and refrigerate over night.
Heat the grill to 350°.
If you're grilling potatoes, cut them in half, spread some olive oil and sea salt on all sides and add them to the top shelf of the grill at the same time.
Squeeze a little lemon on the chicken and add some salt and lemon pepper to the chicken, then place it on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes on each side, or until chicken reaches and internal temperature of 185° and juices run out clear.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Serve with grilled potatoes and a veggie.
