  • 1 package of 8 crescent rolls
  • 1 8 inch pepperoni stick
  • 2 fresh jalpeno peppers
  • 3 Tablespoons melted butter
Fried Jalepeno
  • 8 whole fresh peppers
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 3 teaspoons garlic salt
Bacon Wrapped Oysters
  • 1 can smoked oysters
  • 8 slices thick cut bacon
Serving
  • Ranch for dipping them all
Instructions
Pig and Fire Balls
  1. Cut the jalapeños into 1/2 inch slices and the pepperoni into 1 inch pieces.

  2. Wrap each in 1/2 of a crescent triangle. Brush them with garlic butter and bake at 325° for about 20 minutes, or until each little ball is golden brown.

  3. Serve with mustard dipping sauce for the pepperoni and sour cream for the fire balls.

Fried Jalepenos
  1. Mix the flour and salt together.

  2. Rinse the peppers and lightly coat in flour while they are damp. Let them dry for about 10 minutes.

  3. Carefully place them into some hot oil and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until the skin blisters and the flour browns.

  4. drain on paper towels.

Bacon Wrapped Oysters
  1. Using 1/2 slice of thick bacon, wrap one of the smoked oysters and lay on the broiler pan, seam side down. Keep going until you've done the whole can.

  2. Place them in the broiler and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, turning once. The bacon should be brown and crispy.
