A collection of snacks for super bowl or any time!
Cut the jalapeños into 1/2 inch slices and the pepperoni into 1 inch pieces.
Wrap each in 1/2 of a crescent triangle. Brush them with garlic butter and bake at 325° for about 20 minutes, or until each little ball is golden brown.
Serve with mustard dipping sauce for the pepperoni and sour cream for the fire balls.
Mix the flour and salt together.
Rinse the peppers and lightly coat in flour while they are damp. Let them dry for about 10 minutes.
Carefully place them into some hot oil and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until the skin blisters and the flour browns.
drain on paper towels.
Using 1/2 slice of thick bacon, wrap one of the smoked oysters and lay on the broiler pan, seam side down. Keep going until you've done the whole can.
Place them in the broiler and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, turning once. The bacon should be brown and crispy.
