Slow Cooker Pork and Onions

A delicious meal with a hearty gravy and that is ready when you get home from work!

Ingredients
  • 4 pork loin chops, boneless
  • 3/4 to 1 pound baby or fingerling potatoes
  • 1 14 oz. can Golden Mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 6-7 whole cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 - 3 green onions, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Put the potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot. Lay the pork chops over the top.

  2. Next put the onions and garlic in and top with the peppers.

  3. Top with the golden mushroom soup.

  4. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. 

  5. About 30 minutes before serving, take about 3/4 cup the broth out of the pot and mix with the flour. Stir into the gravy until it's well mixed. Turn the pot up to high and cook another 20 or 30 minutes. Garnish with green onions.

  6. Serve with a salad for a complete meal.
