An easy dish made with hot and sweet sausage, cooked rice and green onions.
Heat the sesame oil in the skillet and add the one chopped sausage and onions. When the sausage starts to get crispy, add the cooked rice and sesame seeds, then stir in the ponzu sauce.
After the rice is hot and starting to brown, push it to the side and add the remaining sausage to the pan. Cook until the sausage are slightly charred.
Serve hot, garnishing the rice with the remaining green onions.
