Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I love Brussels sprouts - steamed, fried, and roasted. These are full of flavor - sweet and delicious. Just the very basics.

Ingredients
  • 12-14 whole fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, fresh cracked
Instructions
  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts and remove any wilted or browning leaves. 

  2. Put them in a baking dish.Pour the olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with fresh ground sea salt. Stir.

  3. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. The sprouts will be slightly browned and fork tender.

  4. Serve!
