Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Garnishes (toppings)
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • sliced tomatoes and cucumbers
  • crisp lettuce leaves
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients except the toppings in a medium bowl.

  2. Form the meat into 4 patties.

  3. Lightly brush the buns with olive oil.

  4. Heat the grill to medium high.

  5. Place the lamb on the direct heat and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. The internal temperature should be about 125 degrees for medium-rare.

  6. Place the buns on indirect heat at the same time.

  7. Serve with your choice of toppings - we like a little plain Greek yogurt and some crispy lettuce.
