A quick and easy weeknight dinner!
Mix all the ingredients except the toppings in a medium bowl.
Form the meat into 4 patties.
Lightly brush the buns with olive oil.
Heat the grill to medium high.
Place the lamb on the direct heat and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. The internal temperature should be about 125 degrees for medium-rare.
Place the buns on indirect heat at the same time.
Serve with your choice of toppings - we like a little plain Greek yogurt and some crispy lettuce.
