Ingredients
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2-1/2 cups cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cubed provolone cheese
  • 12 oz pizza sauce
  • 2-3 oz pepperoni cups (or regular pepperoni)
Instructions
  1. Start with the crust. Spread it out on the bottom of the pan, then cover with a damp towel and let it rise for a couple of hours. (it won't rise a lot)

  2. Next, preheat the oven to 450 degrees, then top the crust with the cubed cheeses.

  3. The sauce goes on in strips. Spread them across the pan, over the cheese in vertical lines.

  4. The pepperoni comes next. I like to use pepperoni "cups". They curl up and get really crispy around the edges.

  5. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. When it's done the edges will look slightly burned and the top brown and bubbling!

  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.

  7. After some cooling time, cut the pizza into squares and serve.

  8. Check out the bottom of the crust, then take a big, delicious bite!! Yum!
