Leftover Pot Roast Hash

Have some pot roast leftover, but your tired of leftovers? Re-purpose them!

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups leftover beef, cut into cubes
  • 1-1/2 cups leftover cooked potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. It's pretty simple! Cut the leftover potatoes and meat into bite sized pieces. You can add the vegetables too if you want.

  2. Next, heat the oil in a heavy skillet. Add the meat and potatoes and brown the pieces, making sure they are heated through. 

  3. Add the tomatoes and heat through. 

  4. Next, sprinkle the worchestershire over the top and serve warm. You can add an egg to the top if you want, our just eat it as it is.
