Place the condiments on one slice of bread. Top it with the lettuce, tomato and pickle.
Cut slits in the bologna to prevent it from curling.
Fry it up until it's brown.
Top one slice of bologna with the cheese. Cook until it starts to melt.
Place the second slice of bologna on top of the cheese.
Put the meat on the sandwich and top with the second slice of bread.
Serve immediately!
