Deliciously slow cooked in wine, these short ribs will simply melt in your mouth! Â Easy to make and worth the wait!
What you need:
- 2 – 3 Â pounds of short ribs
- 1 ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic – crushed
- ½ cup dry red wine
- 5-6 sprigs fresh rosemary
How to Do it:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Rub the salt, pepper and crushed garlic over all sides of the short ribs. Place the ribs in a large casserole dish and surround each with the rosemary.
Pour the wine in the pan, cover and place in a hot oven.
Bake for 1 ½ hours. Remove the lid and bake another 30 minutes. Meat should fall off the bone and be totally tender.
Makes 4 servings.
These go great with Parmesan Potatoes!
