How about a little Easter treat that’s pretty and tastes good?
What you need:
- 1 ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 12 large strawberries
- Colorful sprinkles
How to Do it:
Wash the strawberries and let dry completely on paper towels.
Melt the chips in a glass container in the microwave. Keep an eye on them because they will burn. Every microwave is different, so about 1-3 minutes, stirring them occasionally. You’ll need the chocolate to be well melted.
Put a sheet of wax paper onto a cookie sheet. (This will keep the candy from rolling all over the counter!)
Carefully dip each berry about ¾ of the way into the chocolate. Set the berry on the wax paper and continue until all berries are dipped.
Quickly sprinkle on the candy before the chocolate dries.
Once the chocolate is set, remove from the wax paper and put onto a serving dish.
Makes 12 appetizers
These little treats are great for mother’s day too!
