What’s for Dinner? Sunday Link up #411

It’s been a busy week. My husband and I both got sick a couple weeks ago and it turned out to be covid. The worst part is the lingering brain fog and lack of energy. But with the weather getting nicer I’ve been trying to work out there – mostly just sitting enjoying the sun.

It was so nice out yesterday we fired up the grill!! It felt great to be outdoors. What are you up to these days? And what’s for dinner at your house?

I hope you’re feeling better now. A little scary, no? I am terrified of getting covid and I am often one of the few people wearing masks. I hope that gave you lots of antibodies.

It really was more like a bad cold that lasted too long. I’m on the upswing now – even worked in my yard!! I’m glad I got all the vaccines and boosters though. Thank you for your concern. <3 And thanks for sharing at the party!! Hope your week is great.

Thank you for hosting Helen! Sorry to hear you’ve been under the weather and hope your symptoms clear up soon. I’m sharing a Gluten Free Chicken Adobo this week, it’s an easy recipe that was a big hit at our house! Looking forward to visiting the others.
