Hi, Helen; We have been getting very cold weather in Southern Ontario, but daylight time is definitely getting longer, so days seem brighter, too. Thank you for hosting another great party, and for featuring my Chiapas Style Garnachitas! This week I am sharing #3 Pan de cazón – Layered Tortillas with Fish Filling, and #4 Traditional Sweets – Cocadas. Have an awesome week!

Looks so delicious! What if one can’t decide? It’s the bane of having to pick what’s for dinner…
