Its already Sunday again! I’m getting used to using only one hand and moving slowly. I have a whole list of things I want to create when I have two hands again! But, until then I’m looking for easy things to cook – So help me here. What’s for Dinner?

    Thank you for hosting this party, Helen, and with one hand at that- you are unstoppable!!! I shared a two-color Sweet Potato Gnocchi dish that I made a couple of weeks ago. It was a fun autumn meal!
