Thank you for hosting Helen! Thank goodness spring is finally here! I’m sharing my Gluten Free Seafood Casserole this week, it’s perfect for Lent. Have a great week.

I wish I had your blog when I had to be gluten free. You have such amazing foods. I often felt deprived. I ate gluten free to control and active gall stone. Sounds weird, but it worked. I noticed I had bad attacks right after consuming something with gluten. But after I had my gall bladder removed I went back to eating gluten, however now we have found my nephew has celiac – so gluten free is still in our repertoire and your blog has provided so many ideas!! Thank you for sharing them.
