Can you believe July is almost half way over? This summer has gone by fast – with lost of crazy weather. My tomatoes are starting to ripen. I’ve harvested enough chard, mustard, collards, spinach and kale that we’ve had it for dinner and there’s some in the freezer too! And our plum tree is loaded, just waiting for it to ripen. Do you have a garden or shop at farmer’s markets? What do you do with all the amazing fresh produce this year? And while you’re at it, tell us…
 And bring your friends~
This is the home of a collection of fabulous recipes! A collaboration of ideas ~ And we want yours!
It’s What’s for Dinner!
So come on in and party with us!
Share as many as four of YOUR OWN RECIPES you haven’t shared recently (in the last month)!
Remember, be sure there is an edible recipe in your post. Please DO NOT link to Etsy or other sales sites. DO NOT link posts that simply mention food.Â
Please stop by and visit our featured bloggers. Show us your favorite by visiting their site – and next week might be you! It doesn’t have to be just for dinner.
A friendly reminder: We want this to be a place people check out every week. If you share the same recipe every week, why come back. If you shared it in the last THIRTY DAYS, please share something else. Thanks.Â
Side Note: In order to be featured we must be able to copy your pictures to the post. We were unable to feature a couple of great recipes – Darn!!
There were some beautiful recipes last week. I haven’t visited them all but will be there today!! I recommend you go check them out too! Here are the four most visited posts to highlight the amazing cooks out there!
Looking for something new, but familiar? Check out this Cauliflower Mock ‘Potato’ Salad from The Kitchen is My Playground!
I love street tacos! Just Winging it shared these beautiful BBQ Street Tacos. I want one!!
Check out this delicious drink from the House on Silverado. A great way to sit outdoors and relax with friends and family. Toast the summer with Easy Coconut and Lime Mojitos.
And last, but certainly not least, dessert! Delightful Repast shared this tantalizing Apple Galette. Can’t wait for apple season now!!
So are you ready to get cookin’ now?
Then grab a button if you were featured and share it on your post!

And finally, it’s your turn to make us hungry! You can share up to FIVE recipes – but please remember, this is a food party only!! And be sure to link to the website that has the recipe – no ETSY or Pintrest pages please.
If you shared a post in the last 30 days, please share something different!Â
Repeat posts will be deleted.
And thanks in advance!Â
We want people coming back every week. If our recipes are the same ones every week, people will stop coming by
Thank you for playing along!
Also, you can put our button for your side bar!

Note: By linking up you are giving the Lazy Gastronome permission to use your posts as future features on the blog. And thank you!

And now it’s time to start the recipe party! Spread the word.

It is amazing the difference between our areas of the country. Our tomatoes are in full force and coming to an end, as is everything else. Fall crops will be planted in a few weeks. My plums were months ago! Blueberries are winding down too. But we are up to our eyeballs canning right now!
Take care,
Melissa | Little Frugal Homestead
We had a major heat wave – 4 days over 105 – and I lost a lot of plants. I have two kinds of blueberries. And early and a late. The plums we have are cherry plums and always ripen late summer. They are so good!! I love harvesting and eating food I grow. And I love your posts about your harvests and preservation too. Thank you so much for sharing them. Have a wonderful week.
Thank you for the inspiring ideas and recipes – GREAT party as always. This week I brought ASIAN KETCHUP MEATBALLS, CHICKEN PASTA SALAD and JALAPENO HONEY STICK WINGS. I hope you’re having a GREAT week.
Great cooks – like you!! Thanks for sharing at our party. Have a lovely week.
Great round up. Thanks for hosting and have a great week xx
Thanks Kate. Glad you’re part of the party. Enjoy your week.
