What’s for Dinner? Sunday Link up #249

The last three weeks have been a challenge. Our house is starting week 4 in captivity – grocery shopping has been an interesting experience; managing toilet paper rationing; watching the television and seeing people not take this crisis seriously as they ignore the social distancing rules. But there are also some pluses.

I am so grateful to have a large piece of property were I can go outdoors and work or relax. I’ve built raised beds and get to put in my garden today. We’ve been able to tackle some of the major projects that have been staring at us for a couple of years. And recipes! We’ve played with a lot of pantry foods and come up with some tasty dishes – breakfast, lunch and dinner!

So welcome to the party. Welcome to the place where we share the deliciousness we’ve created with each other – and a place to come for inspiration to answer the question…

Please dont feel you need to visit all my links. I am trying hard to give tips and how-to’s for this time of shelter in place. I appreciate you allowing me to post. Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 4-13 to 4-17-20 on my blog. On Tuesday was Best Potato Salad From Grandma. Wednesday was Creamy Lemon Bars GF. Thursday was Tuna Noodle Casserole. And winding up this Week of Stay at Home is Tip Friday Safely Freezing Meat and How-To make Homemade Brown Sugar. Enjoy! Think positive!
