The last three weeks have been a challenge. Our house is starting week 4 in captivity – grocery shopping has been an interesting experience; managing toilet paper rationing; watching the television and seeing people not take this crisis seriously as they ignore the social distancing rules. But there are also some pluses.
I am so grateful to have a large piece of property were I can go outdoors and work or relax. I’ve built raised beds and get to put in my garden today. We’ve been able to tackle some of the major projects that have been staring at us for a couple of years. And recipes! We’ve played with a lot of pantry foods and come up with some tasty dishes – breakfast, lunch and dinner!
So welcome to the party. Welcome to the place where we share the deliciousness we’ve created with each other – and a place to come for inspiration to answer the question…
This is the home of a collection of fabulous recipes! A collaboration of ideas ~ And we want yours!
It’s What’s for Dinner!
So come on in and party with us!
Share as many as five RECIPES you haven’t shared in the last month!
Remember, be sure there is an edible recipe in your post.
Please stop by and visit our featured bloggers – next week might be you!
I love the recipes people are sharing. I pinned quite a few this last week!
So check out the features and let those cooks know what you think of their fabulous recipes (it could be you next week).
Let’s start with breakfast (or maybe this is dessert?) A Labor of Life shared this tantalizing Marshmallow Pancake Stack with Blueberry Compote [7]. Don’t you wish you could stick your fork in this right now?
Breakfast on the go? Or maybe just a yummy snack? Check out these Vegan + Gluten-Free Carrot Cake Muffins [No Sugar Added] [8] from the Healthy Helper. A guilt free treat!
Main dish. I love scallops. Just savor the sight of these Jumbo Scallops with Risotto, Cubed Squash and Brussels Chips [9] from My Gluten Free Cucina.
And here is one that has some great tips for preparation! Open your mouth for some DIY Chocolate Bonbons Wedding Favors [10] from A Bride on a Budget. Beautiful!
