What’s for Dinner?
Happy Groundhog’s day! Today is the day that Punxsutawney Phil tells us what the next six weeks will bring. It’s also the day that our weather-predicting pygmy hedgehog, Nancy, tells us whats up on this side of the continent. Legend has it that if old Phil sees his shadow, he runs back into his den and stays there for another six weeks. If not, he stays out and Spring is on it’s way! (Although he’s been wrong more than he’s been right!)
Old Phil didn’t see his shadow – and Nancy, well as of the posting here, she hasn’t even gotten out of bed yet! So I guess we need to start planning our Spring cleaning!
So with all the Spring cleaning coming up – and the onset of gardening season, there’s a lot to do! And do you know..
This is the home of a collection of fabulous recipes! A collaboration of ideas ~ And we want yours!
It’s What’s for Dinner!
So come on in and party with us!
Share as many as five RECIPES you haven’t shared in the last month!
Remember, be sure there is an edible recipe in your post.
Please stop by and visit our featured bloggers – next week might be you!
I made it to all the posts that were shared last week – and what an amazing collection of goodness! Here are the top four posts – check them out! You might find something you just have to try. And if you do, let the blog know. We always want to hear what you think. So, on to the goodness…
This one got a lot of visits – and no wonder! How can you miss with this Pizza Cheeseburger Pie from Cindy’s Online Recipe Box. Combine two absolute favorites and everyone goes crazy!Â
And a Dash of Cinnamon shared this heart and flavorful dish – Intro to Bulk Cooking: Grains and a Mediterranean Chicken Bulgar Bowl [Clean]. And it looks amazing! (I love bulgar!)
Ready for some barbecue? How about this amazing Kansas City Barbecue Sauce from Frugal Hausfrau. Having been to Kansas City and had some brisket (and pork, and chicken…) I think their barbecue is the best!
Oh yeah – and today is Super Bowl! And Ever Ready is ready! Here are some great ideas – Game Day Snacks Part 1 – but who needs to wait until Super Bowl? These are great any time snacks too!
So are you ready to get cookin’ now?
