Holy Moly! Can you believe it’s already June? I love this time of year for all the fresh, local fruits and vegetables. I live in the upper Willamette valley in the Pacific Northwest. Summer is a bounty of amazingly delicious produce and wild fish.

Wow, I’m making myself hungry!! Back to the present. Gotta figure out…

    Thanks for the mention of the sourdough crumpet post I wrote! We are trying all sorts of ways to use sourdough starter and these crumpets were delicious!
