What’s for Dinner? Sunday Link #387

October 2. Can you believe this year is almost gone? It’s been a wild year for me. Hurt my back in May and haven’t been able to do much. And just when I thought it was safe to go back in the garden, I crashed in the driveway and broke my wrist. I’ll be having surgery on it on Tuesday so things are still going be a little slow for a while. I’m going do my best to keep up with the posts and parties. I appreciate all of you and all your support. Hope your week is fabulous. By the way, at your house, what’s for dinner?

Wow, you’ve really had a tough year, Helen. Thank you so much for continuing to host this party, I know we all appreciate it! AND I’m thrilled to see my Gluten Free Oatmeal Bread featured this week. Will be thinking of you on Tuesday and sending wishes for speedy recovery!

Praying your surgery goes well, and that you’re on the mend very soon!

  5. Cindy Handy says:

THANK YOU for sharing my Fresh Cinnamon Apple Bread! I hope your back is better ~ and can empathize with you since I had a spinal fusion / laminectomy about 40 years ago (and remember the agony before I had it). Strangely enough, I found it most comfortable sitting in one of those old webbed outdoor lounge chairs (with a pillow at the small of my back). Not too pretty & doesn’t fit in with “the decor”, but light enough to move it around, and at least you feel a little better. Stay safe!

  6. Tamy says:

I truly appreciate you for taking the time each week to host this wonderful party!
I brought SUN DRIED TOMATO VINAIGRETTE, GRILLED SHRIMP SALAD with LIME VINAIGRETTE and RASPBERRY RICOTTA CAKE . I hope you have a great week.
