What’s for Dinner #348

First – please let me apologize for not visiting your posts. I am having problems with my computer. One has completely crashed and the other is on it’s way out – I’m typing this on my iPad hoping I can actually get it published!! Please bear with me for a bit. Looking at new ones now.

And finally, after more than four hours, I got ONE sorry laptop to work long enough to finish this post!

Happy New Year Helen! I’m so excited to see my Cioppino among the featured recipes this week! It was a labor of love that I’d had in back of my mind for a long time! Hope you make out well with replacing your laptop. I’ve been procrastinating about buying a new one myself, dreading those software updates! Getting back into cooking this week, with a nice pot of Lentil Soup for New Year’s Day. Have a great week!
