The wild year is behind us. And now we are starting a new year with new possibilities. But 2020 wasn’t all bad. There were some high points and we had a lot of visitors on our blog! To all who have supported us, THANK YOU!!

Lets start with the most visited – Stout Rye Bread. I discovered how much I love making bread and experimented with types of bread. This was one of my favorites too!
Next up – Poached Rockfish. A delicate fish and an easy recipe. Give it a try! You’ll like it.
Don’t have a smoker? How about some Oven Smoked Ribs? A great way to get that flavor when it’s too cold out to use the grill or smoker!
Coming in 4th – one of my favorites; Grammy’s Goop – Depression Era one pot Meal. This recipe was created during the depression when meat was rationed and became one of our families favorites.
Dyngus Day Pierogi and Sausage. A great way to celebrate the great foods of Poland.
Coming in 6th place, Grown up Pigs in a Blanket. Fun and delicious!
Here’s another old family recipe – Grandma’s Blueberry Kuchen. I love playing with recipes from my childhood. Not only do they still taste as good as I remember, they bring back lovely memories.
We love chicken and dumplings at our house but it can take some time. This Super Simple Chicken and dumplings was quite popular last year.
Closing in on number 9; Beautiful Seared Scallops with Brown Butter Wine Sauce – Dinner for Two. Quick, easy and delicious!
