Looking for a quick appetizer to serve? These little morsels are quick, easy and tasty! Serve with mustard or ranch to dip.
What you need:
- 8 pieces of pepper jack or cheddar cheese – about 4 oz.
- 8 refrigerator crescent rolls (one package)
How to Do it:
Roll out each crescent from the package. Place the cheese in the middle
and wrap the roll tightly around the cheese.
Make sure there are no holes or the cheese will melt out.
Put parchment paper down on a cookies sheet and place each bite on the sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes – until the dough is golden brown.
Cool slightly and cut in half. Serve warm.

These sound so good! I love most any cheese, but Pepperjack is by far my favorite. I think I’ll be making these soon!
