I love using my slow cooker, especially this time of year. This dish is full of flavor and so easy to make. Just whip up a salad on the side and it’s dinner!
This recipe is simply 9 ingredients totally. Just pile them in and turn it on – That’s it! It all simmers together while your at work. Come home, thicken the gravy, make a salad – and you’re done! It’s dinner.
Here’s How to Do it:
Put the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker pot. Lay the pork chops over the top.
Next put the onions and garlic in and sprinkle the peppers over it.
Top with the golden mushroom soup.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, take about 3/4 cup the broth out of the pot and mix with the flour. Stir into the gravy until it’s well mixed. Turn the pot up to high and cook another 20 or 30 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
Serve with a salad for a complete meal.

- 4 pork loin chops, boneless
- 3/4 to 1 pound baby or fingerling potatoes
- 1 14 oz. can Golden Mushroom soup
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 6-7 whole cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 - 3 green onions, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
