I love breakfast and brunch and September is National Breakfast month! If I had to choose one meal to go out for, it’s breakfast! And on the weekends, it’s probably our biggest and most elaborate meal of the day.
Research shows that if you eat your breakfast within two hours of waking up, you send your body a clear signal that the day has started – and, believe it or not, that signal in the morning can help your body sleep better at night. What? Yep – eating breakfast helps to regulate the cortisol levels in the blood which also helps regulate your blood sugar. It sets the tone for the whole day!
So here are some quick and easy ideas – and some that take a little more time. Bottom line, DON’T SKIP BREAKFAST – EVER!

Oh wow, it’s midnight here in the UK and I now want breakfast. Yes breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it breaks the body’s fast over night. Break fast… so, many people skip it when they really shouldn’t. Any way some fantastic ideas!
