Grilled Lamb Burgers

Looking for a quick and delicious meal that’s a little different than normal? How about these delicious, flavorful lamb burgers? Goes great with the melon and avocado salad on the side and it’s dinner!!

Making Lamb Burgers:

This recipe is just so simple!! You don’t really even need to measure – just guestimate! Mix it all up – Cook and serve. And there are very few dishes (even better). So fire up the grill and let’s get started!

Mix all the ingredients except the toppings in a medium bowl.

Form the meat into four patties.

Lightly brush the buns with olive oil.

Heat the grill to medium high. Place the lamb burgers on the direct heat and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. The internal temperature should be about 125 degrees for medium-rare. Place the buns on indirect heat at the same time.

Serve with your choice of toppings – we like a little plain Greek yogurt

and some crispy lettuce.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Garnishes (toppings)
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • sliced tomatoes and cucumbers
  • crisp lettuce leaves
Instructions
