Easter Dinner

Easter is this Sunday!   We traditionally have a ham dinner at our house, so I thought I’d share with you the entire meal (with recipes of course!).

Appetizers –

Who doesn’t like Deviled eggs?  How about three ways?

Tasty cheese bites – easy and delicious

And a wonderfully delicious, Smoked Trout spread for crackers!

Enjoy the appetizers while sipping on a traditional Bloody Mary!

Soup – well a Spring soup, like something with beets, fits the bill – so how about some Borcht!

And then there’s the main course –

Smokey Maple Glazed Ham

Parmesan Potatoes

Bacon wrapped Asparagus

And of course a Caesar Salad (with homemade croutons)

And for dessert?  How about these delicious mini cake bites

with white Chocolate covered Strawberries on the side!

So there you have it – Easter Dinner!  Enjoy!

  1. Looks like you put out a great spread! I’ll be over this year to eat all you food. I’ll be taking home all the white chocolate strawberries, and you better make extra potatoes! On the other hand I think I’ll be full enough from my family dinner.

Everything looks delicious, but those parmesan potatoes are making me hungry right now!

Looks really good. I think this year I’m doing a lamb chop, but I’ll add in your parmesan potatoes.

I was going to do lamb but it’s mighty expensive this year. We’re having a ham steak since it will just be the two of us! Thanks for stopping by.
