Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner – and it’s on a Saturday!

I don’t know about you, but we’re going to be doing some partying on the deck Mexican style! Many people think Cinco de Mayo is Mexican Independence day, but it’s not! And it’s celebrated more in the U.S. than Mexico! But what better excuse to have a Mexican themed party?

  2. Thank you for the Cinco de Mayo ideas! I have heard that it is celebrated more in the U.S. than in Mexico. We do love our Mexican food here, so I will hop on board for it. :)

      I live in a predominantly Hispanic area and we get more celebrating on Mother’s day than Cinco de Mayo – But since it’s on Saturday this year it might be different! Thanks for stopping by!
