Here’s How to Make a Chili Dog Casserole!

Preheat the oven to 300° –

Start by fixing up the chili. Open a couple cans of your favorite and put it in a casserole dish. I like to add some extra chili powder and a little cumin. Maybe a little bit of lemon pepper. A chili dog is all about the chili.

Next, cut the dogs up into bite sized pieces

and stir them in.

This is exactly the kind of comfort food I am craving at the moment – although I am in Australia, and we are heading to warmer temps, it has been a cool Spring, and this is perfect cozy food. I love a dish that can be shared family style and is packed full of flavour!
