The cherries are coming on!  And we love ice pops – Here are some really easy, healthy popsicles to give a try!

What you need

  • 3 cups of pitted, red cherries
  • ½ cup simple syrup  (click here for the instructions)
  • 1/8 cup cold coconut water
  • Something to freeze them in

How to Do it:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or paper cups with popsicle sticks.  Freeze until solid.

Carefully remove from molds and enjoy!
