It’s National Wing Day!!

In 1977 the city of Buffalo  (New York) declared July 29 National Wing day to celebrate the many ways wings have been served since the dawn of the original Buffalo Wing.  And so we celebrate the humble wing!

Hot Wings!

Buffalo wings started in Buffalo New York.  A small, family restaurant, The Anchor Bar, served them for the very first time in 1964.  And since then, there have been hundreds of variations – and here is mine!
