I love buffalo chicken wings [9]. I love buffalo anything! But I’m also trying to eat healthier so I experimented with my air fryer. No frying, little fat and great Buffalo Chicken flavor!
I’m still working on learning how to use the air fryer. And I’m really enjoying the results!
Here’s How to Do it:
Start by cutting the chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
Dredge them in the flour.
Beat the egg and the Frank’s RedHot Buffalo chicken sauce together
and mix the crispy chiles with the baking soda.
Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then roll them in the chili mixture (if you push the chile mixture onto the pieces they’ll stick better than mine did).
Heat the air fryer to 400°.
Place the chicken pieces into the basket and cook for 10 minutes.
Shake the basket and cook and additional 5 minutes.
Serve these delicious nuggets hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
