Brussels Sprouts – Roasted to Perfection

I love Brussels sprouts – steamed, fried, and roasted. These are full of flavor – sweet and delicious. Just the very basics.

Super simple, super delicious and a perfect side dish to any meal.

Here’s How to Do it:

Wash the Brussels sprouts and remove any wilted or browning leaves. Put them in a baking dish.

Pour the olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with fresh ground sea salt. Stir.

Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. The sprouts will be slightly browned and fork tender.

Serve!

  • 12-14 whole fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, fresh cracked
Instructions
  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts and remove any wilted or browning leaves. 

  2. Put them in a baking dish.Pour the olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with fresh ground sea salt. Stir.
