I love Brussels sprouts – steamed, fried, and roasted. These are full of flavor – sweet and delicious. Just the very basics.
Super simple, super delicious and a perfect side dish to any meal.
Here’s How to Do it:
Wash the Brussels sprouts and remove any wilted or browning leaves. Put them in a baking dish.
Pour the olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with fresh ground sea salt. Stir.
Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. The sprouts will be slightly browned and fork tender.
