Air Fried Hot Wings

I love hot wings. And I like them crispy – the kind of crispy you just can’t get from the oven. So I bought and air fryer. I’ve been wanting one and wanted to see how they work. It took a few tries, but when I finally got it!

I have to say, these are the best hot wings [7] I’ve EVER made!! The draw back is that the basket is small. You have to cook in batches. But it’s worth it!

Here’s How to Do it:

Start by mixing the salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl. Rub the wings liberally with the mixture.

Next, spray the wings on both sides with olive oil. I have a reusable spray bottle to spray the oil.

Heat the fryer to 400° – Place wings in a single layer and cook for 12 minutes.

Turn and cook another 12 minutes.

Remove from the fryer and toss them in Frank’s Wing Sauce and cook again for 5 minutes per side. (this is the part that makes them hot wings!)

Serve with blue cheese and/or ranch and celery.
