I love scones, but I am the “lazy” gastronome and scones require more work than I like – but this recipe is easy to follow and easy to execute.  And the result is simply tasty!

Zucchini & Sweet Potato Hash-Brown Omelet

This looks like a hearty and healthy breakfast to start any day!  I know I like to eat a good breakfast on Thanksgiving.  It helps keep me from doing too much pre-meal sampling! And this looks like it will fit the bill!

Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese

Now here is some mac and cheese my diet could live with!  I’m trying this one next week!
