From dawning light to setting sun – a parents job is never done.

And one of those jobs includes answering the question…

“What’s for Dinner?”

Home Cooking Memories shared these amazing looking Baked Tilapia Fish Tacos. [4]

This Baked Tilapia Fish Tacos recipe is a healthy and easy dinner that will take 30 minutes or less to make. The seasoned tilapia fillets are baked in the oven until flaky, then filled into soft tortillas with your favorite toppings. One of our family favorites!

Here is a beautiful side dish from Best of Long Island and Central Florida – Spicy Kale and Quinoa Black Bean Salad [5]

And for dessert?  Lemon Coconut Pudding Cakes [6] from This Gal Cooks – looks pretty tasty doesn’t it?

Lemon Coconut Pudding Cakes: limoncello, fresh lemon juice, coconut milk and other select ingredients are baked in cute little ramekins to make these pretty little cakes.

And now, let’s get started on another deliciously fun party!
