My Mama’s Meatloaf

Meatloaf . My mom made the best –
With colder weather, nothing says comfort to me like meatloaf (and the sandwiches the next day!)

What you Need for this Meatloaf

  • 1 pound each of ground beef and ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup panko (or regular bread crumbs)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

Here’s How you Do it:

Mix together all ingredients except the soup.
Add only 3 Tablespoons of the soup to the meat mixture.
Place into a baking dish and shape into a loaf.

Top with the remaining mushroom soup.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
Make sure the meat is cooked through and serve hot.

Makes great sandwiches the next day – with gluten free bread of course!
